Terms of Service

1. About Vajeh

Vajeh is a Persian word game for Android and iOS. The app is operated from the United Kingdom and is made available internationally, subject to app-store availability, technical constraints, and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You may use Vajeh only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you and supervise your use where required.

3. Your Account

• Anonymous play: Vajeh creates an anonymous session on first use so you can play without social sign-in.
• Optional sign-in: depending on platform, you may choose to sign in with Google or Apple. Sign-in may be used to preserve progress, recover entitlements, or unlock sign-in bonuses.
• Account security: you are responsible for activity on your device and account.
• Account deletion: you may delete your account from within the app. Deletion is intended to permanently remove associated server-side data, subject to system delays, legal obligations, and processor retention windows.

4. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Vajeh on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to manipulate gameplay, rewards, ads, purchases, or statistics;
• tamper with purchase flows, receipts, purchase tokens, or transaction identifiers;
• reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or reproduce the app, its backend logic, or its word data except where non-waivable law permits it;
• interfere with the app's normal operation, security, or integrity systems;
• use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

6. Gameplay, Rewards, and Virtual Items

• Vajeh may offer free words, daily rewards, sign-in bonuses, rewarded-ad grants, and purchased word packs.
• Gameplay parameters, reward amounts, and feature availability may change over time, including through remote configuration, app updates, or operational changes.
• Virtual items and in-app balances are licensed for use within Vajeh only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app.

7. Advertising and Consent

The app may display ads, including optional rewarded ads. Advertising behaviour may depend on your country, platform, consent choices, and technical availability.

• Rewarded ads are optional. Not watching an ad does not stop you from using the app.
• If required by law or platform policy, the app may show an advertising consent flow before requesting ads.
• Ads may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your choices and platform capabilities.
• We do not control the specific ads selected by advertising providers.

8. Purchases, Verification, and Refunds

8.1 Store terms

• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their billing terms, taxes, and refund processes apply.
• We may verify purchases server-side before granting items.
• If a purchase is cancelled, refunded, rejected, or cannot be verified, the related entitlement may be denied, removed, or not restored.

8.2 Consumable items

• Word packs are consumable in-app items.
• The same product may be purchased more than once.
• Restore and recovery features are intended to recover valid prior purchases tied to your Vajeh account, not to duplicate or multiply entitlements beyond the original verified transactions.

8.3 Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final once delivered. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should request it through Apple or Google, as applicable.

9. Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, content, pricing, rewards, availability, or integrations at any time. We do not guarantee that the app, any feature, or any virtual item will always be available in every country or on every device.

10. Intellectual Property

Vajeh, including its software, branding, design, content, and game data, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose related to Vajeh without further approval or compensation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, goodwill, or virtual items. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to Vajeh will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 10.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vajeh if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically delete your server-side account data; use the in-app account deletion flow if you want that data removed.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and for material changes we may also provide notice in the app or on our website. If you continue using Vajeh after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

17. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy set out the agreement between you and Vajeh in relation to the app.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a business transfer or reorganisation.
