1. About Vajeh

Vajeh is a Persian (Farsi) word puzzle game. Each round a hidden word is chosen and players have six attempts to guess it. Tile colors provide feedback:

• Green: Correct letter in the correct position.
• Yellow: Correct letter in the wrong position.
• Gray: Letter not in the word.

2. Eligibility

You may use Vajeh if you are at least 4 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to agree to these Terms. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Anonymous account

When you first launch the App, an anonymous account is automatically created. No personal information is required. Your account is identified only by a random, non-personally-identifiable ID.

3.2 Optional sign-in

You may optionally sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) to unlock bonus word packs and sync your progress across devices. When you sign in, your display name, email address, and profile photo from your Apple or Google account are stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Sign-in is never required for basic gameplay.

3.3 Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vajeh.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3.4 Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently erases all server-side data associated with it, including your profile, game statistics, purchase records, and push notification tokens. This action is irreversible. You may also request account deletion by emailing support@vajeh.app.

4. Push Notifications

Vajeh may request permission to send push notifications such as daily word reminders or game updates. By granting notification permission you agree to receive these communications. You may withdraw permission at any time through your device's system settings without affecting your ability to use the App. We will not use notifications for marketing unrelated to Vajeh.

5. Gameplay & Fair Play

5.1 Rules

• Each puzzle contains a hidden Persian word; you have six guesses to identify it.
• Only valid Persian words from our dictionary are accepted as guesses.
• Game statistics (wins, losses, streaks) are tracked for your personal records.
• Hints may be available to reveal information about the hidden word. Use of hints is optional.

5.2 Fair play

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools to influence gameplay or statistics.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the word database or any part of the App.
• Manipulate or forge purchase receipts, transaction IDs, or verification tokens.
• Share puzzle solutions in any way that intentionally spoils the experience for others.

6. AI-Powered Features

Vajeh may offer features powered by artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning to assist and enhance your gameplay experience, such as hints or intelligent suggestions.

• For assistance only: AI features are provided for entertainment and educational purposes. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
• On-device processing: Where AI features operate entirely on your device, your gameplay input is not transmitted to external servers for that purpose.
• No reliance: You agree not to rely solely on AI suggestions for any purpose outside of gameplay.
• Updates: AI features may be added, modified, or removed at any time as we improve the App.
• No personal profiling: AI features do not use your data to build a personal profile or make automated decisions that affect you outside the App.

7. Advertising & Consent

The free version of Vajeh is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• When required, the App may show a consent dialog for advertising and related privacy choices in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
• Ads may be displayed during gameplay, including rewarded ads you can watch voluntarily to earn extra word credits.
• If you consent to personalized ads, AdMob may use your device advertising identifier to show relevant ads. Where supported, you can review this choice later from the App's privacy options entry point or your device settings.
• If you decline personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads, or ads may remain unavailable until consent requirements are satisfied.
• We do not control the specific ads shown; they are selected by AdMob based on its own policies.
• Watching a rewarded ad is always optional; declining to watch one does not remove access to free daily words.

8. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

8.1 Word Packs

Beyond the free daily word and ad rewards, additional puzzles can be unlocked via Word Packs, obtained through in-app purchases. Bonus words may also be earned through sign-in rewards and rewarded ads.

8.2 Purchase terms

• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their payment terms apply.
• Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
• All purchases are verified server-side with Apple or Google to prevent fraud.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

8.3 Entitlement restoration

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you may be able to restore previously verified word-pack purchases by signing in with the same Vajeh account and using the restore function within the App. Restore is intended for recovery after reinstall or device change, not to duplicate consumable items on the same install. Restoration is verified against your purchase history.

8.4 Virtual item rules

• Word Packs and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or availability of virtual items at any time.
• Virtual items may be lost if you uninstall the App without a backup linked to a sign-in account.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to Vajeh — including source code, design, word database, algorithms, the "Vajeh" name and logo, and all graphics — are owned by the Vajeh development team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Extract or scrape the word database.
• Use the App or its assets for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

10. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the App without compensation or attribution.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the preceding 12 months or USD $10. We are not liable for loss of game progress, statistics, or virtual items.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vajeh and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the App, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification and by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute should first be brought to us at support@vajeh.app for informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under applicable rules.

17. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and Vajeh.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
