1. About Vajeh

Vajeh is a Persian (Farsi) word puzzle game where players attempt to guess a 5-letter Persian word within 6 attempts. The game provides feedback on each guess:

• Green (سبز): The letter is in the correct position.
• Yellow (زرد): The letter exists in the word but is in the wrong position.
• Gray (خاکستری): The letter does not exist in the word.

2. Eligibility

You may use Vajeh if you:

• Are at least 4 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Are legally able to enter into these Terms
• Have not been previously suspended or removed from using the App

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

3.1 Anonymous Accounts

When you first open Vajeh, an anonymous account is automatically created for you. This account:

• Does not require any personal information (no email, phone, or name)
• Saves your game progress locally and to our secure servers
• Is identified only by a random, non-personally-identifiable ID

3.2 Optional Sign-In

You may optionally sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) to:

• Receive bonus word packs as a reward
• Sync your progress across multiple devices
• Recover your progress if you change devices

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Any activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Gameplay

• Each puzzle consists of a hidden 5-letter Persian word
• You have 6 attempts to guess the correct word
• Only valid Persian words from our dictionary are accepted as guesses
• Game statistics (wins, losses, streaks) are tracked for your personal records

4.2 Fair Play Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the word database
• Share or distribute solutions publicly in a way that spoils the game for others
• Attempt to manipulate game statistics or leaderboards

5. Virtual Goods & In-App Purchases

5.1 Word Packs

Vajeh offers Word Packs that unlock additional puzzles beyond the free daily words. These can be obtained through:

• Free rewards (e.g., signing in, watching ads, completing challenges)
• In-app purchases

5.2 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google

5.3 Virtual Items

• Virtual items (Word Packs) have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App
• We reserve the right to modify virtual item pricing and availability
• If you delete the App without backup, consumable items may be lost

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Vajeh, including but not limited to:

• The App's source code, design, and architecture
• The word database and puzzle algorithms
• The "Vajeh" name, logo, and brand assets
• All graphics, sounds, and visual elements

are owned exclusively by the Vajeh development team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Extract or scrape the word database
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the App without compensation or attribution to you.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of the word database
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for any loss of game progress, statistics, or virtual items

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vajeh and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

• Use or misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ends
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• We may delete your game data from our servers
• Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 shall survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. We will notify you of material changes through:

• An in-app notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@vajeh.app. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vajeh.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
